Sinopec Wuhan Petrochemical is slated to refine 420,000mt of crude oil in August, flat with the previous month, according to a refinery source.

The refinery plans to revamp 2.2-mil-mt/yr delayed coker in October, expected to be complete in one month, the source said.

Wuhan Petrochemical, located in Central China's Hubei Province, is equipped with three crude distillate units with capacities totaling 10-mil mt per year. However, it just runs a 5-mil-mt/yr one at present due to poor capacity of ethylene unit.
