On March 27, EVE Energy released two significant announcements, substantially expanding its energy storage battery production capacity while simultaneously disclosing its full-year operating performance for 2025.

6 Billion Yuan Investment in Huizhou to Add 60GWh Energy Storage (Power) Battery Capacity

The company plans to sign an investment agreement with the Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, investing approximately 6 billion yuan to construct an annual production capacity of 60GWh for energy storage (power) batteries. The project will occupy about 500 acres of land.

This expansion will further increase the company's production capacity, support order deliveries, optimize costs through economies of scale, enhance profitability competitiveness, and provide production assurance for the company's goal of exceeding 100GWh in energy storage shipments by 2026, consolidating its position as the second-largest player in the global energy storage market.

2025 Annual Report: Significant Revenue Growth with Slower Net Profit Growth

The 2025 annual report, disclosed on the same day, shows that the company achieved revenue of 61.47 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.44%; net profit attributable to shareholders of 4.13 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.44%; and adjusted net profit of 3.096 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.09%.
