Canada's Ksi Lisims LNG project moves forward, with annual LNG supply to Germany up to 1 million tons

It is reported that Canada and Germany have reached a liquefied natural gas supply agreement. As agreed, the newly built facilities on Canada's west coast will ship up to 1 million tons of liquefied natural gas to Germany annually.

The gas supply for this agreement comes from the Ksi Lisims liquefied natural gas project. The export facility is located in northwestern British Columbia, adjacent to the Alaska Panhandle, with a total project investment of 10 billion Canadian dollars, equivalent to approximately 7.2 billion US dollars.
