Saudi Sipchem's 1.8 million ton methanol new project approved by Ministry of Energy

Saudi Arabia's Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem, IGIC) officially disclosed that the company's new methanol production project has received formal construction approval from the Saudi Ministry of Energy. The project is located in the Jubail Industrial City, with a planned annual capacity of 1.8 million tons, and will be fully invested in and operated by Sipchem.
