On July 8, Jinshi Resources Group Co., Ltd. announced in a filing that to implement safety production management requirements, its 51%-owned holding subsidiary Inner Mongolia Jin'ebo Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. has fully initiated a comprehensive inspection and rectification of safety hazards across the entire area, andtemporary production suspension measures are currently being implemented.

The announcement reveals thatJin'ebo Fluorine Chemical is the core operating entity of Jinshi Resources' fluorine chemical segment. As of the end of 2025, the subsidiary's total assets reached 3.271 billion yuan, accounting for 43.21% of the listed company's total assets; the corresponding net assets attributable to shareholders were 453 million yuan, accounting for 24.68% of the company's total; last year, it achieved an operating revenue of 2.655 billion yuan, accounting for 68.30% of Jinshi Resources' total revenue, and contributed a net profit attributable to shareholders of 61.9514 million yuan,accounting for 19.02% of the listed company's net profit, having a pivotal impact on the company's operating performance.

In terms of production capacity, Jin'ebo Fluorine Chemical's regular monthly production of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride is approximately 20,000 tons. This temporary shutdown will directly cause a phased contraction in the supply of this product and is expected to have a certain impact on the short-term production and operation of the listed company.

The company stated that current domestic safety production supervision for the mining and chemical industries is becoming stricter overall. As a leading enterprise in the domestic fluorite industry and a core upstream enterprise in the fluorine chemical industry chain, the company attaches great importance to this safety rectification work. Subsequently, it will complete the inspection of various safety hazards in the factory area, implement rectification measures item by item, strive to realize resumption of work and production as early as possible, and minimize the operational impact caused by the shutdown.

At the same time, Jinshi Resources stated that the company will take this safety rectification as an opportunity to optimize its internal organizational structure, improve staffing positions, and continuously improve the safety production management system for the entire industry chain.
