The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of入围 units for the open selection of key fine chemical product innovation tasks.
To the competent departments of industry and information technology of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:
Pursuant to the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the 2025 Unveiling and Leading List for Innovation Tasks of Key Fine Chemical Products" (Gong Xin Ting Yuan Han [2025] No. 445), and following local recommendations, comprehensive reviews, and online public announcements, the list of shortlisted units for the unveiling and leading list of innovation tasks for key fine chemical products has been determined and is hereby announced. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Shortlisted units are requested to urgently advance the research content proposed in their application materials to ensure that the unveiling tasks are completed on schedule and with quality. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will leverage the National Industry-Finance Cooperation Platform to strengthen investment and financing support for shortlisted projects and support enterprises undertaking unveiling tasks to be included in the gradient cultivation system for high-quality enterprises.
2. Local competent departments of industry and information technology are requested to strengthen tracking, scheduling, and services for shortlisted units and projects. They shall report the progress of shortlisted projects to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Department of Raw Materials Industry) annually. Additionally, based on regional industrial foundations and advantages, they should increase support for shortlisted units and projects, prioritize the allocation of resources such as land use, energy consumption, and pollution discharge, and introduce supporting policies to encourage pilot testing, application verification, and market promotion.
3. Upon completion of the research tasks by shortlisted units (principally within 3 years from the date of the list announcement), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will commission relevant professional institutions to conduct evaluations. It will select the best units (principally no more than 2 units per unveiled product) and support the application and promotion of relevant materials and equipment through policies such as insurance compensation for the first batch of new materials and the first set of major technical equipment.
