On July 16, the Economic Development Bureau of the Administrative Committee of the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base in Ningxia issued an announcement. Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Coking Plant No. 2 Co., Ltd. successfully acquired coking capacity indicators of 600,000 tons, marking another significant step in capacity expansion and industrial upgrading.

According to the announcement, the transaction was completed via the public trading platform of the Gansuo Exchange Group. Baofeng Energy Coking Plant No. 2, located in the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base, acquired the 600,000-ton coking capacity indicators held by Xinjiang Fukang Taihua Coal and Coke Chemical Co., Ltd. The transaction process was standardized, open, and transparent.

As confirmed by an official reply from the Commerce and Industry Information Technology Bureau of Fukang City, the transferred 600,000-ton coking capacity indicators are legal, compliant, and have clear ownership. They do not constitute outdated or laggard capacity, have never participated in other project substitutions, and are free from issues such as repeated transfer or reuse. The capacity qualifications are authentic and valid, fully complying with relevant policies regarding chemical capacity substitution and trading.

The implementation of these capacity indicators will further consolidate the foundation of Baofeng Energy's core coal and coking business, optimize the company's overall capacity structure, and assist the company in leveraging the advantages of the modern coal chemical industry in Ningdong. It will help promote industrial quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and large-scale, intensive development, thereby boosting the competitive strength of the regional coal chemical industry.
