On July 17, Xinlianxin Group disclosed the latest progress on multiple technical transformations and process optimizations at the production end. This technical upgrade covers three major sectors: Xinjiang energy production, synthetic ammonia unit maintenance, and high-end fertilizer production line upgrades. It balances production cost reduction, stable unit operation, and product structure upgrading, comprehensively enhancing the enterprise's production efficiency and core profitability, highlighting the trend of refined and high-end development in the fertilizer business.
I. Production Process Optimization: Waste Recovery + Operation Upgrade, Continuous Cost Reduction and Efficiency Creation
The polymerization workshop of the Group's Xinjiang Energy Company has implemented multiple refined technical modifications, achieving a two-way improvement in cost reduction and stable production. On one hand, the workshop modified and reused 200 discarded triamine ton bags, uniformly using them as production waste collection bags, effectively revitalizing old materials and significantly saving costs on purchasing new materials; on the other hand, the technical team specifically optimized the screen changer operation process of the extruder and equipment operating parameters, precisely controlling production loss, effectively reducing the output of start-up materials, and simultaneously achieving efficient recycling and utilization of crushed waste. Calculations show that this process optimization can create economic benefits of 40,000 yuan per month, while reducing 6 abnormal unit shutdowns per month, significantly improving the continuous operation stability of the production line and reducing capacity loss and maintenance costs caused by shutdowns.
II. Unit Maintenance Technical Modification: Breaking Through with Non-Stop Maintenance, Significantly Reducing Production Loss
Focusing on the pain points of unit operation, the Synthesis Workshop II of Xinlianxin Synthetic Ammonia Branch completed a special technical modification to solve the blockage problem of the water cooler in the sulfur recovery unit. Addressing issues such as frequent equipment blockage, high cleaning frequency, and easy triggering of unplanned shutdowns, the workshop formulated an optimization plan for temporary pipeline diversion maintenance. Under the premise of not stopping the unit and not affecting normal production, the maintenance of the water cooler equipment and pipeline unclogging were successfully completed, successfully avoiding an unplanned shutdown accident. After the implementation of the technical modification, the daily average cleaning frequency of the circulating water filter was reduced by 80%, which greatly reduced the manual maintenance workload, effectively lowered equipment maintenance costs and production material losses, and guaranteed the long-cycle, high-efficiency, and stable operation of the synthetic ammonia unit.
III. Product Structure Upgrade: High-Tower Line Rebuilt for High-End Nitrate Fertilizer, Broadening Profit Space
Recently, the No. 3 High-Tower Nitro Compound Fertilizer Renovation Project of Xinlianxin Fertilizer Branch has progressed smoothly, and has currently entered the equipment demolition phase. This renovation relies on the enterprise's existing mature high-tower compound fertilizer production line for upgrade and reconstruction, iterating the original ordinary compound fertilizer production line into a dedicated high-end nitrate fertilizer production device. Compared with ordinary compound fertilizer, nitrate fertilizer possesses significant advantages such as fast fertilizer efficiency release, high crop absorption and utilization rate, wide adaptability to crop varieties, and assistance in increasing crop yield and quality. It has broader market application scenarios and higher product added value.
The technical modification project is planned to be fully completed and put into operation in early September, and after reaching production capacity, it can form a production capacity scale of 200,000 tons of nitrate fertilizer per year. After the project is implemented, it will further enrich the company's high-end fertilizer product matrix, optimize the fertilizer product structure, break away from low-end homogeneous competition, continuously increase the proportion of high value-added products, thicken the profit space of the enterprise's fertilizer business, and simultaneously assist the high-quality development of modern agriculture.
