On the evening of August 3, King King Science (600143) issued a cautionary announcement stating that the company received a proposal regarding the 2026 interim profit distribution submitted by Chairman Chen Pingxu.

Chairman Chen Pingxu suggested that, subject to compliance with laws, regulations, and the relevant distribution policies in the company's articles of association, the amount of the company's 2026 interim profit distribution should be no less than 30% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2026, and no more than the net profit attributable to shareholders for the same period.

The announcement stated that this proposal aims to enable all shareholders to share the fruits of the company's business development and enhance investors' sense of gain, while being formulated in combination with the company's current operating conditions, cash flow levels, and medium-to-long-term development plans.

It is worth noting that this proposal does not yet constitute a formal dividend plan. The final interim profit distribution plan still needs to go through statutory procedures such as review by the board of directors, and therefore remains uncertain.

Public information shows that King King Science is a leading enterprise in the domestic modified plastics industry, with a rich matrix of new material products widely used in various sectors such as automotive, home appliances, electronics and electrical engineering, consumer electronics, embodied intelligence, new energy, aerospace, high-end equipment, green packaging, and medical health. Benefiting from demand pull in downstream areas such as new energy and high-end manufacturing, the company's performance has maintained a steady upward trend in recent years.

Financial data shows that in 2025, King King Science achieved a net profit attributable to shareholders of 1.15 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.44%; in the first quarter of 2026, the company's net profit attributable to shareholders was 305 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.72%. The continuously improving profitability fundamentals provide performance support for this interim dividend proposal.

Industry analysis points out that listed companies actively launching interim dividend plans convey the management's confidence in the company's sustainable profitability, which helps stabilize market expectations.

For King King Science, if the dividend plan is successfully implemented, it will further improve the investor return mechanism. The market will continue to pay attention to the disclosure of the company's semi-annual report and the progress of the board of directors' review regarding this profit distribution matter.
