TEMPORARY SUBMISSION PROCEDURES - UPDATED DATA SUBMISSION FORM

Following feedback from Industry users, ECHA has revised the submission form for registration, PPORD and inquiry dossiers. A new section has been added allowing companies to nominate alternate contact addresses. This is in order to more closely replicate the functionalities of the dossier submission process under REACH-IT. The change will allow companies to identity separate contact details than given in the REACH-IT company sign-up for each individual submission, mainly for invoicing purposes.


The new submission form (version 3) and the related manual “Data Submission Manual 3 – How to complete the submission form” can be found in the relevant sections of the “REACH-IT” web section on the ECHA website. Note that ongoing dossier submissions using the previous form are not affected by this change.
