The dossier completeness check by ECHA includes also a financial compliance scrutiny and a submission will be rejected if the submitter fails to comply with the rules concerning payment of fees and charges.


To facilitate correct handling of payments and to assist REACH registrants and PPORD notifiers, ECHA has published on its website frequently asked questions relating to invoices and payments in REACH-IT. Also some technical issues like browsers, forgotten passwords, blocked accounts and payments by Only Representatives are covered.


ECHA fees are laid down in Commission Regulation (EC) No 340/2008 of 16 April 2008 on the fees and charges payable to the European Chemicals Agency, OJ L 107, 17.4.2008, P.3, and are subject to regular reviews.
