High Growth Speed of China’s Textile Exports May be Eased in H2, 2010
https://www.chemnet.com Jul 15,2010
According to statistics by the General Administration of Customs of People’s Republic of China, total export value of textile and clothing industry in the first half of this year reached $88.878 billion, up 22.09% compared with the same period last year.
Amid these statistics, accumulated export value of textile industry and clothing industry were at $35.652 billion, rising by 32.3% compared with the same period of last year.
However, as China’s textile export grew too fast in H1, it was predicted that some overseas buyers in downstream sectors were building up stockpiles. As a result, China’s textile export would face the difficulty in maintaining a good momentum in the second half of this year.Print | add to Favorites | Close
