SunSirs: China Automobile Association: China's Auto Production and Sales Fell by Double Digits on a Month on Month Basis in April

　　According to the latest production and sales data released by the China Automobile Association, in April 2024, China's auto production and sales completed 2.406 million and 2.359 million vehicles respectively, a decrease of 10.5% and 12.5% month on month, and a year-on-year increase of 12.8% and 9.3% respectively. From January to April, a total of 9.012 million and 9.079 million vehicles were produced and sold, with year-on-year growth of 7.9% and 10.2% respectively.

　　On the whole, automobile production and sales in April showed a trend of month on month decline and year-on-year growth. For this purpose, China Automobile Association pointed out that at present, the export growth rate of China's automobile market is greater than that of domestic sales, and the domestic automobile market needs further boost.
