On August 15, the benchmark price of aluminum in the SunSirs was 18,966.67 RMB/ton, which was -0.11% lower than that at the beginning of this month (18,986.67 RMB/ton).

The spot price of aluminum ingot (AL99.70) of Aluminum Corporation of China on August 15, 2024 rose slightly in various regions, as follows: the East China market quoted 19,010 RMB/ton, a daily increase of 60 RMB/ton; the South China market quoted 18,940 RMB/ton, a daily increase of 60 RMB/ton; the Southwest market quoted 19,000 RMB/ton, a daily increase of 70 RMB/ton; the Central Plains market quoted 18,930 RMB/ton, a daily increase of 60 RMB/ton.
