SunSirs: China's Thermal Coal Import Statistics

The latest data from the General Administration of Customs shows that in July 2024, China imported 35.367 million tons of thermal coal (non-coking coal), a year-on-year increase of 10.09% and a month-on-month increase of 1.82%, setting a new record for the same period in history, and also setting a new record for the second highest monthly import in history.
