SunSirs: The Domestic Butadiene Market Saw a Slight Decline on October 10th

On October 10th, the self pickup price of butadiene from the tank in East China was between 13,000-13,200 RMB/ton, a decrease of 50 RMB/ton from the previous trading day.

The mainstream delivery price of butadiene in Shandong region was 13,600-13,700 RMB/ton, which was 50 RMB/ton lower than the previous trading day.

On October 10th, some refineries voluntarily lowered their ex factory prices, and downstream buyers had a strong mentality of price suppression. The overall inquiry intention was biased towards rigid demand. The spot market offers had slightly declined, and the market trading atmosphere was still acceptable. Downstream purchasing intentions were cautious and slightly wait-and-see.
