JAKARTA, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia's state-run oil and gas firm Pertamina has decided to increase fuel prices for industrial uses by up to 6 percent beginning Oct. 1 as global oil prices have made new records over the last few months.
"We also will raise the price of Pertamax and Pertamax Plus gasoline by 1 - 1.5 percent," Pertamina's deputy director Hanung Budya told reporters Wednesday.
He referred to the high-octane gasoline produced and sold at gas outlets across the country without government subsidies.
Details of the new product prices are not immediately available.
